Karen is a Southern California native and a 10 year resident of the beautiful Arizona skies. Before starting her career in Real Estate, Karen was a graduate of Cal Poly Pomona where she received her BS in Computer Information systems. Then a short few years later Karen received her MBA in IT Management from Western Governors University. She worked in Information Security in the financial industry as well as consulting Fortune 500 companies on their internal controls environment. The highly technical audit skills give her a strong perspective while dissecting and negotiating real estate contracts as she’s able to interpret the impacts each small change makes on the entire process. She is delighted to use these skills to ensure her clients understand their options and can protect themselves to their highest potential.

Danielle Persons – Team Member
As an Arizona native and fourth generation realtor, Danielle not only inherited exposure to real estate, but also developed a passion for serving the families in her community. Over the years, she has raised three amazing children, worked in the financial industry, connected thousands of volunteers, planned community events/fundraisers, supported numerous sports boosters and served consistently at her church for over 13 years. She considers working with people, overcoming obstacles and learning how to use her strengths to serve is a privilege and honor. As a hardworking, loyal, driven person; she continues to be passionate about learning with a strong desire to constantly grow.
