Karen Burkardt - Team Lead

Karen is a Southern California native and became a resident of the beautiful Arizona skies in 2008. Before starting her career in Real Estate, Karen was a graduate of Cal Poly Pomona where she received her BS in Computer Information systems. Then a short few years later Karen received her MBA in IT Management from Western Governors University.

She worked in Information Security in the financial industry as well as consulting Fortune 500 companies on their internal controls environment. The highly technical audit skills give her a strong perspective while dissecting and negotiating real estate contracts as she's able to interpret the impacts each small change makes on the entire process. She is delighted to use these skills to ensure her clients understand their options and can protect themselves to their highest potential
